We all believe that our anger is caused by people, situations, life etc. Yet in the same situation, two people will react differently. One might get angry and one won’t. For eg while driving, if someone in front of me cuts the lane, it doesn’t make me angry. Whereas the exact same situation, makes my husband very angry. So then, is it still fair to blame your anger on the situation/ people. The real cause of your anger is usually your thoughts, attitude, beliefs. The situation is simply a trigger.
